It ok can't even stay out the cold
DON'T EVER STAY THERE!
I have a friend who ended up in ICU, and they tied her dog to a post in the sun with no water and all her belongings ended up outside with the dog. I understand that payment is an issue, but when her dog is left in the sun with no water, that's abuse and neglect. They could have called the pound if anything. Had that been an actual landlord, he/she would have ended up in jail. I had another friend stay for a week and they didnt have hot water for half of those days.
