At 64 years old this is not my first rodeo, but it IS my first BBB review. I haven't seen honest, efficient, customer first in every way dedication by a company like I have witnessed from Economy HVACP for MANY years. This company is run top notch in every way exhibiting Christian principles in every aspect. I would not recommend this company at all. The service fee for a visit is $89 which is a fair price. What they don't tell you is, as soon as they find the problem with your unit, even small repairs, they automatically charge you an additional $120 (1 hour labor), plus parts (which have a huge mark up) for a 10 - 15 minute job. This is bad business. Do not call these guys!

I am sorry to hear that Mr. ********* is displeased with our service. I researched the process and spoke with Mr. *********. The customer was displeased with the "flat rate" to repair his air conditioning system. An attempt to explain the advantage of "flat rate" pricing saving a customer the extra expense for a slower repair verses a more experienced technician was unproductive. He was ultimately displeased that a very experienced tech had the system operating properly in less time than he felt the repair cost reflected.
Felt very comfortable with the young plumber and his service. Friendly and efficient. Did the job in an hour. I intend to use this company again on other items we need corrected.
