Ms. Shanda has been exceptionally during my stay. She has been helpful with my situation. When I need something the staff is willing to help. I am having a wonderful experience.
Certainly wouldn't recommend it unless you are really down bad and can't afford much else. They're nice folks but the rooms are terrible. Microwave doesn't work, refrigerators dont work. Most rooms have no TV. And the ones that do have no working remote. The bathrooms are terrible and there's definitely roaches and bed bugs. Not sure if all rooms have them but my most recent room did. It's not located too far from some restaurants but again wouldn't recommend if you can afford better get better.
Had good customer service and was very polite wouldn’t mind bringing my family back to this hotel anytime.
Shonda was lovely to speak with so friendly and inviting, she explained every detail to me and was to direct me on the prices and when checkin and checkout times were and the rules and regulations. I felt so safe and secure at this location. Staff is great and amazing. It affordable for people that live check to check and they have plenty of vacancies.
Shoutout too Dona she made me feel at home and made sure I got a decent room
