Excellent company to work with. Very polite, fair prices, and quick availability.
Excellent service from Economy Door! Our garage door torsion spring snapped, and they were able to come out and fix it the exact same day I called. The technician was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the problem clearly so I understood what went wrong. Fast, honest, and great local service. Highly recommend!
Great customer service and communication from the quote to the finished work. Honest, reasonable price for labor. Repaired a part that was not even quoted for labor. While I hope I don't need them again for several years, would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you :)
Unfortunately we have to go with one star. We had them out, got the quote and made the decision on what door to pick up. They always answer the phone, promise to get back to us and never return the call. It's a sham... read more
Call this company 1st. They got to our service call (Strongsville) in a VERY timely manner. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and expedient. They go the extra mile to make sure the garage door is operating like new before they leave. I Highly Recommend this company.
