Great customer service and communication from the quote to the finished work. Honest, reasonable price for labor. Repaired a part that was not even quoted for labor. While I hope I don't need them again for several years, would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you :)
Unfortunately we have to go with one star. We had them out, got the quote and made the decision on what door to pick up. Service when dealing with them was great, prices were reasonable, we were excited to get the work done... then they stopped returning our calls. I understand they may be busy, but we first got the quote in late August called them a week later, then twice in September, it's now early October and still no response. Call this company 1st. They got to our service call (Strongsville) in a VERY timely manner. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and expedient. They go the extra mile to make sure the garage door is operating like new before they leave. I Highly Recommend this company.
Always exceeds my expectations. Friendly family-owned business, super responsive, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS a great value. We have been a satisfied customer for 10+ years. Most recent service to replace battery on opener and fix keypad. Next day service (non-emergency) and fixed in less than an hour. Highly Recommend.
Excellent, responsive service. I had damage to 1 door and the opener on a second door was non-functional. Bob was onsite the same morning, completely serviced both doors and openers, and even made sure we had good light bulbs in both. We've been in the house for 6 years and the garage doors have never functioned better (or quieter).
