Same day dentures, and outstanding customer service!
Have called on and off for 6 months leftovers about 10 voiemails and haven't received a call back at all.
Cheap equipment and Rude people. Even trying to be nice i still got sloppy, nasty treatment. The dentist was older than my 90 year old grandfather. I can only imagine those old wrinkly fingers in my mouth. If even one person goes somewhere else this review was worth it. Buyer Beware.
The office manager, Candy is rude, very loud, when she talks on the phone, the whole waiting room can hear her conversation. She is a know -it- all, wannabe dentist. Dr. Grace, the dentist, is awesome! & The rest of the staff is very nice.
I had my teeth pulled at Economy dentures in another location. And every since then I've had pure hell. The other dentist left teeth in my mouth. And that's been since 09/04/2014. I've been living in misery. After several letters to the ACHA. I thought the issue would be resolved. They told me about the Lake Mary office so i agreed, now after several calls, it seems as though no one wants to answer the phone. I had a loose #9 front tooth for over a year. Got ridiculous estimates from dentists that wanted to extract and crown etc..the rest of my teeth. After doing computer research, I found out that Economy was able to take impressions, extract the tooth & make me a flipper tooth all in a few hours time. Thumbs Up for Economy Dentures!
