RecommendedToday was our first appointment and my son did great!! He is super sensitive to the sound and gets extremely nervous. He went back alone and did great everyone was very polite and understanding. I highly recommend taking your kiddos. Also excellent COVID-19 procedures cal before going inside, temp check at the door and social distance in the lobby.
It’s too much to even write. I have had more bad experiences than good experiences at this location. A few years ago the assistant drilled my oldest daughters lip and lied about it.. her lip was swollen for 2 days. My appts are ALWAYS never on time. I’ve sat in the waiting room for as long as a hour. Services were done without pre authorization, without me knowing and my insurance contacted me denying the service and saying I had to pay for it since it was done without waiting on them. Had a nice experience at the office they open in Kissimmee, the only recommendation is that Dr Joseph De Jesus needs to be more smiley with the children, he was like he is there to work and that’s it, not funny and actually serious no smile at all... at least he had someone by his side making conversation to my daughter and making her laugh! But the front desk and everyone else was very polite and nice!
I had 2 bad experiences with Dr. Josette Vo. She has no patience with the kids. She doesn't introduce herself or try to console the child when they are nervous. She's extremely rude and when I told her about it she got up to walk out and slammed the door while I was talking to her. She is very unprofessional and should not be working with kids at all. The wait time is horrible at this place.
Horrible Customer Service, the wait is horrible. Who ever does the scheduling obviously has no idea what they are doing. Absolutely Horrible!!!
I’m so glad this is my last time my kids will f go here it is f horrible service slow as hell been here since 9 am and now it’s almost 1 pm there were people that came there after me and get seen before me like wth. Ya need to work faster for real just sad.
The lady at front desk has a very nasty attitude i never go back with my kids
I'm seeing so many negative reviews, so I thought I should let everyone know that my Granddaughter had a great visit.She 's only 5 years old and needed a tooth extraction. We had to travel more than 2 hours from home, and the weather was not good. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The facility was clean, as good as it could of been, with being a children's place.
