Great Job My heater failed. I called two other technicians over the course of the year who came and made an honest effort but there was no error code or obvious problem. The heater would simply stop working several hours after being turned on. Mr. Pitts was extremely thorough. He fixed the heater. He was prompt. His charge was entirely reasonable. I recommend his service without hesitation or reserve.
