Will never use these people again! Had a claim, during Fiona, they wanted to give me $2000 for my car and not get it back! I told them where to go!
Shraddha Babaria is an abhorrent human being who refuses to answer emails or phone calls. My experience with this company has been so beyond disgusting and I would never recommend anyone use them. They only exist to screw clients. They don’t want to help you.
Worst company I have ever dealt with! Client rep, signed up told me that they we're cheaper than CAA. Signed up with them and get an email saying a double payment will go through my act when i was told i would pay one and then another payment 2wks later. Rep told me that it happens to about 5% of acts and we can't do anything about it. Called CAA and found out they we're cheaper, so i cancelled my policy with Economical. Brutal on policy payments. Was 3 days late for a $81 payment adding onto my policy and they canceled my coverage without notice and would not allow me to renew.
I damaged my car in our driveway on Oct 11 2025. Light damage to the front bumper and the driver airbag went off. The car is a 2019 with low mileage. The Autobody shop said that it would definitely be worth fixing. I called Economical and they said that the car would be a total loss because that is what their computer has determined. No appraiser, no pictures, and no estimate from the Autobody shop. Just the determination from their computer. Now they want to pickup the car in PEI and take it to Moncton NB.
