I am extremely disappointed with how this insurance company has handled my claim. As of today, my vehicle has been off the road for SIX WEEKS, leaving me without transportation and affecting my ability to earn a living. The lack of communication and professionalism has been absolutely unacceptable. Throughout this entire process, I have repeatedly had to call and email just to find out what is happening with my claim. Updates are practically nonexistent unless I chase someone down myself. Economical has been the worst insurance provider i have ever had. I have called on multiple occasions to make a payment directly (die to me dropping my broker) and the reps at economical refused payment on 3 seperate occasions because they do not have access to stop payment withdrawals even when offered to pay a month in advance. I wish this was the only issue, however it is not.
