A great place to work. I have worked at many places and none of them compare to here. If you work hard and take to job seriously they will take notice and give you a promotion and or raises if you don't work hard you probably wont. Probably my biggest complaint about working here is having to work with what i call "charity hires" which are people who were hired because for example their sister in-law worked here. Worst company I ever worked for. The day of my interview the person I had an appointment with never showed up, and never got in touch with me to re-schedule. When I finally started working there they didn't even give me work related to my job. I was supposed to be working with PLCs and software. Instead they made me get dirty crawling on the floor turning wrenches and screws all day. Compensation is an absolute joke! No paid time off until you work a full year, and then you get very little.
