A tenant randomly called ECONO out of the phone book when a sewer backed up and I was out of town. The job was done expeditiously and to my satisfaction. I was given the cost upfront (which was much lower than with another company I used for a similar procedure) via a phone call. I was treated with courtesy and respect, even shared a laugh. Thanks for the quick response and professional service. Your crew was professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Your fees were 1/3 the cost of another sewer service that we had in here 11 months ago and didn't even use a 6" cutter like your guys did. Very satisfied... you have another new customer for life!
