Wanted to share what a professional and friendly company this is. Our water heater of course died the same day of a snowstorm and on a Friday afternoon. Econo came up on my Angie's List as a recommended provider. Charlie was incredibly responsive, and while he told me they do not provide water heater replacement work, he understood our dilemma and immediately provided three reputable, quality referrals for us to call to get things fixed. I had a backed up sewer drain. They came out and fixed it the same day.
Econo came out to unclog my kitchen sink drain. They worked with my schedule and sent someone out quickly. Very courteous and professional and fixed the issue quickly.

I woke up to a basement with 2-3 inches of water after a huge rain storm last night. I called ECONO at 7:10am and spoke to a very nice man who told me they could come and check it out between 9 -10am. Well, David my service rep arrived at 8:25am and proceeded to fix my clogged drain. His level of customer service and expertise in fixing the issue was excellent. Today's repair comes with a 12 month warranty. Fantastic service. I would recommend ECONO to everyone.

We couldn't use any toilet or sink in our house because it was backing up into our basement drain. We had another plumber out here and snaked our drains but 3 days later our basement was flooding again. We called him back and he said it was probably a busted pipe and we would need to pay to have a camera go down which meant $$$$ so we called ECONO on a Sunday and the guy was out here within 20 minutes. David was very professional and kind and the problem was fixed within 1.5 hours and at a reasonable price!

Thank you to Charlie at Econo Sewer & Drain for fixing my Mom's clogged drain. Saved me from having to rip out a wall to replace the pipes! Would highly recommend them for any drain/sewer issues!

Best ever. They did an awesome job and were so professional. Even called the next day to see how things are going. Pray I never have to use them again but if I do I will be calling them for sure. Have told quite a few people that if this happens to them they need to call these people.
