Please NEVER consider this place for anything automotive. Worst service I have ever had. I've had my oil changed here once, and the service was mediocre. But.. had my front brake pads and rotors replaced (they told me rotors needed to be replaced, but by Firestone mechanic opinion, they did not!), and after they finished there was a super loud clunking noise in the front of my car they REFUSED TO FIX. They were very fair with me I took my care to another shop they told me it would cost 1200 to fix the exhaust pipe I brought it here for second opinion and the mechanic at this shop told me I did not need the exhaust pipe replacement it was some small repair they charged me 89 for full diagnostic including repair I would recommend this shop to anyone
WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE!!! If you need basic things done like oil changes, wipers, things like that, they're fine. Otherwise, anything else, they're going to lie to you and overcharge you. I took my car here for about 3 years because they're right across the street from my job and it was convenient to leave it there while I was at work. BEWARE, BEWARE. There are a LOT of bad reviews for this place. Wish I had seen them before I took my 09 Honda civic in two days ago for repair. Picked it up later that day and parted with $1500 for new a/c compressor, water pump, timing belt, new battery, etc. The next morning it was completely dead. they came and jumped it off and said I must have left a light on. This place is the worst I've ever encountered. The staff here have no idea with they are doing. One simple oil change turned into a nightmare will not be back here again. I will not recommend this shop to go to for any repairs.
Biggest Rip Off EVER!!!! – Let me start by saying that i only gave one star because it is a requirment to put a review.......I took my car to econo lube n' tune on mockingbird ln. and they completely ripped me off. i came in with my car over heating and told them exactly what the problems where that i was having.
