My elderly father, with a heart condition went to get an oil change for his truck yesterday and was refused service. He was refused service because he was unable to understand the owners heavy Asian accent. My father asked the owner to repeat himself a couple of times, when the owner got mad and yelled, "What are you deaf"! My father replied I am not deaf, I'm having trouble with the accent. Horrible;; - bought one of the saver cards $79 for 6oils changes and some other deals - first oil change my husbands oil leaked on our driveway they forgot to tighten the seal - second visit they told my husband that his AC is about to go out and it's. $350 repair and to stop using it until we get it fixed. When he left the shop his car wasn't running right it wanted to stall everytime he same to a stop so not feeling right we took our car to Brake Max they said our car's AC was fine that we need a tuneup spark plugs ect not... read more
They were very fair with me I took my care to another shop they told me it would cost 1200 to fix the exhaust pipe I brought it here for second opinion and the mechanic at this shop told me I did not need the exhaust pipe replacement it was some small repair they charged me 89 for full diagnostic including repair I would recommend this shop to anyone
WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE!!! If you need basic things done like oil changes, wipers, things like that, they're fine. Otherwise, anything else, they're going to lie to you and overcharge you. I took my car here for about 3 years because they're right across the street from my job and it was convenient to leave it there while I was at work. This place is locally owned/operated and offers the best prices when it comes to parts and labor. The owner is honest, practical and down to earth.Highly recommended for any and all auto needs.
This is a great place to get serviced! On my first visit, Jamal let me into the service bay and showed me what was wrong underneath my car. They always give me a great price and seem to go the extra mile when fixing things up. I'm now have a newer car and I still take it to them for oil, smog, and brakes.

SCAM Paid for my car to get smogged, Jamal told me that it had so many things wrong with it and did not pass. I was really confused because my car is only like 4 years old and i take really good care of it. Went for a second opinion (another smog Meraz Auto) and passed. Better luck next time scammers. I saved about 300 bucks.
Good quick service! Nice upgraded waiting room! – This is a good quick place to get your oil changed; the wife and I use it a lot but have to watch the "upsale techniques". Like a lot of these small shops they are constantly trying to add-on an engine flush or some other extra service. It would be nice if they'd just recommend what you need and their price; then if they can work with you on the price, that would be more appreciated.
