Place is sooooo dirty. I am appalled that "choice hotels" is ok with this standard! Those photos are literally me washing the bathroom and the floor in the room. I honestly don't think anyone has moped or swiffered in a year if not more!
For starters I requested an early check in and couldn't check in until after 3 almost making us late to our concert. The bathroom tile was loose. The cover on shower drain wasn't attached. The toilet paper holder was barely holding on. After finding roaches in the room I asked for refund on our stay. We had 3 nights was leaving on day was offered a refund on 1 night only and haven't seen it and its been over 24 hrs. The place is disgusting and should have the health department shut it down. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our room was disgusting and the guy working the front desk did not care. When I went to show him photos he said “I know your game” and said he’d trespass me if I didn’t leave. The smell of the room was also horrible and I will be complaining to choice hotels customer service.
