It used to be a nice place that I even told my boss to register with his credit card for us to stay there I asked for fresh coffee every morning and I got none the pot was always empty and if there was some in there it was very cold, I stayed there for 2 weeks but that was it I will not recommend that place to anyone else to go there anymore thanks anyway
I get it, I know smoking is a disgusting habit but to make your customers walk 50 ft away from the building, in the middle of winter to have a cigarette is a bit ridiculous. Plus the smug attitude is a turnoff. Not staying here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
I stopped in to ask how much a room was and told them I needed to talk to my woman first and the owner flipped out and yelled cause words at me telling me to get off his property.... lost my business for ever thanks for nothing jerk
Heat no food
The bathroom door would not shut. Hall window open, no screen, No coffee available downstairs until after 7. Needed to get to charlevoix to catch ferry. Dirty floors, lots of garbage behind dresser Desk attendant was polite and let us quickly see location of room, as on 2nd floor and i wanted near exit. No hallways to walk through The hottub and pool were out of order Smoke detector looked old
