The General Manager will yell at you, change the terms of the pet deposit even if it is a service animal (with documents and ID Cards). He will then berate you, change the amount of the deposit from $100 to $200 and demand it to be cash. He will then lie to the thirdparty used to book this horribly dirty location and say that you couldn't afford the deposit so he refused the room. No pool Very basic, but paid way more for where we stayed last nite and was sooo much nicer, amenities, food and large pool, very nice area.
Great room for the price, convenient location , and excellent customer service!!!!! Very impressed!
The rooms are very nice and clean and very roomy. A lot of space for your things without being all in the way. And the staff, it seems these days everywhere you go everyone is so rude and hateful. Not these people they were so nice and kind. Definitely would recommend staying here 5 stars all the way.
