The motel was very sketchy when we got there. The staff was kind though. The bed was comfortable but the room was very run down and not very clean and the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was not much hot water to shower. The television didn't work. We had to ask for a remote and the management had to come hook up a Dish network box and bring a remote to the room. It said there would be complimentary breakfast but they did not have any breakfast. They said there is not breakfast anymore that they have new local management... read more

Honestly I was gonna give 1 star because the people who run it just don't seem to care much like when we stopped down for breakfast there was none... juice machine was off, no milk in fridge, and the coffee machine said out of order, not to mention no waffle batter (the waffle iron wasn't even warm it was cold) I don't think they even attempted to make breakfast... It was only 830 and breakfast was supposed to end at 10 originally... And when our ride, my girlfriend's brother, left he wiped his face with a rag and set it out... read more

Stayed here for the clear lake 4th of July days a few weeks back. Went to check in and a sign at the desk stated all dogs have a $20 per day fee. We travel with two trained for duty service dogs (not ESA). I asked to clarify that we had actual service dogs and not ESA. Clerk stated it did not matter and that all dogs regardless of status incurred the fee.
