So customer service was nice thus the two stars. However the rooms are musty. I read the reviews before coming and brought an essential oil diffuser. The bed is stiff and I did bring my own pillows. The breakfast is light so if you just want a small muffin and banana okay but not full breakfast. Plus side it was close to a lot of things and our friends rooms were pretty to close and it was easy to hang out. The hot tub was nice to have but it looks a little questionable. I think it just needs to be updated all around.
This place was great for what it is. It's dated and could use some upgrades but everything worked perfect and the pillows weren't nearly as bad as some of the other reviews said. Staff was nice. Pool area needs more towels.
Good price for all included amenities. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast. Laundry, vending machine, exercise room and indoor pool/ spa. The breakfast is very basic; yogurt, muffins & oatmeal. Coffee was cold in one dispenser & looks like was left iver from the day before🙄. Front desk is empty most of the time and has to call 0 from a phone in the entrance. That area has a desk and computer.
Nice and clean, very quiet, sad we didn't get to experience the pool because the hours were 3pm-10pm I think but it looked nice. There's a designated smoking area for tobacco and it even read cannabis too.
