The hotel room was gorgeous! We were on the first floor and saw our car from our window. The jacuzzi was in our room and it was super cool! They have EXCELLENT water pressure here we didn’t even turn the water on all the way. They have a few vending machines & it’s a good distance from a Walmart and other stores/restaurants. You can also see the cameras from the front desk so I felt comfortable leaving my car in the area knowing it was well monitored area.
The staff were horrible. They never made eye contact and were disgruntled when asked about a restaurant location. She said “ I may work here, but I don’t know everything “ Also, posted website times for their breakfast was 6:30-10:30. NOPE! It closed at 9:30. Our room also was awful. The scariest thing was that there was a 3 inch gap at the bottom of the door! I placed the floppy ironing board on the floor across the door in case outsiders got any bright ideas with a hanger. Customer service was great. Even the maids. Clean, quiet, relaxing.
Staff was amazing! Friendly, and very helpful each day we stayed. Disappointed in room, hallways smelled VERY musty on arrival, next day fans in hall doors all open..Needed a disabled room, none were available, only one on first floor was king/hottub room very expensive toilet was crammed in corner, my mom had trouble getting off of it. Again, front desk, as well as housekeeping was extra nice.
Paper thin walls, musty hallways, lumpy mattresses, a miniscule bathroom and furniture held together by tape.
