an employee (who did not knock or announce his presence) waltzes into my room while I am changing. I made a complaint and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I was 100% terrified that an employee walked into my room. I spent the rest of my stay feeling unsafe. And i can't seem to get the manager to call me back. This is a real issue and I want to know that it's being addressed and taken seriously. Also the room was dirty when I checked in, it takes staff more than an hour to provide something that should've already been provided and employees swear at you when you are frustrated. Do not recommend this place to stay.

Last night someone kicked in my door broke the door and locks to pieces and stole all 3 of my suit cases full of all my cloths and other stuff i had in them i was at the store i wasn't gone but 45 minutes then they didn't have anyone to fix the door and they didnt have a new room for us so we had to stay in the same room with a door that didn't shut in a bad tweeker neighborhood cameras all over the place but they can't find out who did it or the guy or guys carrying 3 big suitcases is really that hard to find never stay here again i hope u don't either very unsafe
