I just had my bumper repaired on my 2011 Nissan Rogue a couple months ago at this location. The whole bumper was smashed in & I thought I was going to have to replace it. The manager said he thought they could get it looking like new, without having to purchase any parts. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Several of my co-workers have complimented on the fact that the work done was better than factory work that they have had done at the dealership. I paid for urethane paint, but should have known when the manager Mike said oh we hate to (shoot the urethane paint) because it needs to be done right! So I'm thinking ok well in that case ..I said lets do it... But he'll no crap job for $800 dollars ...and I live 45 min from the shop mind you, so after three try's could not get rid of the fish eye and drip (everywhere!!) horrible job And he said bring it back some other time lol you mean a fourth time sure let me get right on that NOT!! What a nightmare. Two months to get my car painted. Four trips for rework of the bad job they did. Gravel under the paint, paint runs, orange peel, darker color than original color, side mirror glass painted and they even painted over my rear bumper back up lights. I should have known when I had to pay cash for the work before they started. You can't get a refund from cash or stop payment. By far the WORST auto place EVER!!! Brought my car in to get painted and body work done and came out like CRAP !! paid extra money to get body work done and NOTHING was touched ! Continuously argued with the guy about it and all he did was give attitude! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!!! they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UN-ORGANIZED they tell you one thing and its never what they say they schedule you for appointment and never goes threw with what day and time they give you! I have had 2 vehicles painted at Econ a p/up from Charcoal to Viper Yellow which came out great,my 2nd vehicle an Eclipse on the ther hand started chipping and it wasn't even a year yet,and(less the year warranty) they did nothing but handed me some touch up paint that didn't even match. Looking to get my present vehicle painted but on the fence about using them again. That last experience left a bitter taste. May use Maaco this time around and just sand down/prep my own car(at work).

I Just picked up my 3rd vehicle painted from Econ Auto Painting 11707 N Florida Ave in Tampa in the last 2 years. The managers changed, but NOT the VALUE for what I paid. All 3 times I was treated with respect, given a fair quote (I shopped 2 other local shops and both were double the price) I was given the option of the least expensive job (Which is $199.00) I chose to add a clear coat the 1st 2 times for an extra $100.00. Don't waste your money! Purchased a 3 year warranty, the paint on the hood dulled in less then 7 months and bubbles in the paint. Shop went under new management and they are not willing to fix even with the warranty card!!! New Owners are real pieces of work.

I must say that had I read these reviews never never would I have taken my car there let a lone a bicycle. There were two main areas on my 2004 Thunderbird that was a concern. I was talked into a better paint, gives a better finish by JEFF. went ahead with job, had to be CASH when car picked up would take about 5 days. Was called 3 days later car was ready. noticed a paint run, no problem bring it back next week will look after it. The car was covered outside & inside with shop dust.
