VERY courteous and professional. The catalytic converter was causing the "check engine" light to come on, so they replaced the catalytic converter at no extra cost and agreed that if that didn't cause the CE light to turn off that they would make whatever other repairs were needed in order to ensure that it did. A very positive experience, will be coming back to them when I'm in the market for another car.
I would buy another car from them. I had a no hassle experience with friendly people.
Prompt contact and very pleasant and customer service oriented. Allowed me to take the car to my mechanic for observation. Did not purchase the vehicle because there were too many problems with the vehicle for the price.
