We've been working with Econobug for at least 3 years now. We live on a heavily wooded lot, which is extremely inviting to bugs and rodents. Although our home has proven to be a challenge to keep insect free, our technician Corey has truly provided great service time and time again. He always explains what services he is doing during service calls, what options we have, advice for pest issues that pop up being in the woods and has always been courteous. PLEASE read your contract carefully before signing. I got taken for a ride by these guys, or at least one of their reps, as a new first time homeowner. If the contract for repair work says "as needed", make sure they spell out what they are going to do IN WRITING.
Corey was outstanding. So glad I made the switch. Saving money on top of great service was the icing on the cake.
