Horrible overall experience with this company. The entire process felt rushed due to unknown reasons. The unit was installed correctly and we're satisfied with the results however very important details were missing in the efficiency calculations of the overall performance of the unit. After spending the amount of money we did for the replacement I wouldn't have expected to step into the technical side of things to work out the kinks on my own for something that I paid for.
