I wish I had listened to all the bad reviews on this company, but I didn't and gave them a chance. I scheduled with Dawn who was very confusing about setting an appointment, she stated they were a 9-5 company which I thought was terrible for most people who work, so when I told her my only times available she made it sound as if they were doing me the favor to get someone out to me. -5 Pathetic waste of my time and my 215.00. They claimed I didn't use their check list and because I signed off on their paper (BIG MISTAKE) PAY ATTENTION TO THIS DEFENSIVE MECHANISM- They would not give me any money back or send someone to reclean. All they did was tell me I was hostile and defend themselves. I've used EcoMaids a few times now and have to say I'm very pleased with the work they did in my home. They showed up on time, finished everything I asked them to, and even found more things to clean in the allotted time. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I have tried other cleaners in this area, without much luck, so I'm very happy to have found them.
