Was informed today that this office has been charging in excess of 2x the allowed cost for a simple cleaning, and a change in billing without letting me know. My insurance pays 100% in or out of network, yet they still wanted $145 out of my pocket for again, a simple cleaning. Time for a new more reasonable dentist.

I received a phone call earlier in the day to say a space had opened up a little earlier and thus was able to get in the chair earlier. Doctor did her check before my cleaning then the hygienist did her job most efficiently and politely with some pleasant conversation.
