I have not had the windows installed yet but I have met with and received my quote from Project Manager Lana. It was a great experience, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Im expecting the rest of this experience to go well based off of working with Lana.
Ordered 6 windows and 3 doors. Just had them installed yesterday, I’m glad we took our time looking at design options for the doors because they look fantastic!!! Thank-you to the rep Kaitlyn for her expertise. The installers did a phenomenal job too, 5 out of 5 stars!
Connor was very professional and friendly. He took the time to go over options and I never felt pressured.
I had read reviews for this company and was excited to give them my business. We had some communication issues at the start, but they were cleared up with a great rep (Ben) who absolutely blew us out of the water with their customer service. He came over to our house last minute and later in the evening to clear up our quote/apologize, and after that meeting we felt confident with this company. We met with Yevhenii from Ecoline windows on Dec 16 2024 and we purchased them and we were told we would also receive a rebate from Costco. On June 17 2025 we received an email confirming our installation on June 24 between 0900 110. The installers arrived on time and were polite and courteous. They removed the old windows and told my husband they were done. My husband went to go look and they had took our frames, and not cut the caulking! We were looking at insulation and caulking!
