From start to finish it has been an exceptional experience. Lana was wonderful explaining the different options and processes and the awesome gentlemen that installed my new front door and windows did an excellent job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will have them do the rest of my windows in the future.
Extremely lethargic way of service. They make you do the payment in full but do not bother to call you back to complete the installation until you start following up. Not only that, even in the beginning when you ask them for the initial site visit, they take the appointment but make lame excuses and push the appointment 2-3 times. Then after you finalize with the Manager, they take payment in full. Just ordered new windows with ecoline! Project Manager Kaitlyn was very thorough, she showed us many great options, and answered so many questions! It was nice to see some of the notes taken with pen and paper instead of by tablet or phone, we really appreciated the extra effort! Looking forward to installation day Thanks Kaitlyn!
We had a guy come to our house in July to take measurements and show us samples. He was really great, he sent us a quote and everything seemed legit. Fast forward to August. I tried calling the office to move forward with our quote and that's when it got really weird. Every phone number I called, ( and there were a lot of them) would result in an automated male voice asking me for all the same information to set up an appointment.
