Everything about this pick up was horrible, except for the one loader named Bo he even came out to personally apologize because he was the only person loading while there were three people in the office one of those named Misty who is the rudest person in the nicest terms they prioritized unloading the immense amount of trucks. They get over loading the trucks that are stacking up in the front door or they’re having to reschedule them
Wish google maps had 0 stars just for this place. DO NOT EVER COME HERE TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF. CALL BROKER AND CANCEL. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE JUST SIT FOR 5 hours and not get loaded. This place needs to be shut down
I've been waiting for loading for 8 hours, idiots, I won't be back any more
Once of the worst place in the US I have been here more than 24 hours so drivers don’t come here
