FANTASTIC customer service. Best I have experienced in many years. A parts representative named Carl saved the day for us by getting a part for our sno-cone machine that they do not even stock ordered and sent overnight to us so we could use the machine for a combined Graduation and Retirement Party the following day. In addition, he even called then next morning to tell me that the part had been shipped and would arrive that day. He went above and beyond to take care of me.
