If you want quality work, great communication, and lots of experience with GTA home Reno’s then Maz is the one to call! Our 115 year old home is now upgraded but still retains lots of charm. We had a fantastic experience because Maz sent photos, called, and always kept us in the loop with next steps. We are excited to continue elevating our home. Thank you Maz for creating a beautiful home for our family to grow and enjoy.
We had a basement reno completed and found Maz to be incredibly communicative, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We ran into some problems and slow downs with the city but he was always quick to adapt and come up with solutions. All of the trades were respectful and pleasant to have in our house. Now we have a toasty basement that works as a hang out for our boys.
We had a full scale renovation of a basement apartment. Maz and his team of subcontractors were fantastic from start to finish. Maz is great at finding on budget solutions to problems as they come up, and his team does clean work quickly and professionally. Really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him and work through all of the decisions involved with a job of this scale. We'll definitely be working with Renova on future jobs and would highly recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with Renova Contracting for my basement waterproofing project! From the very beginning, their team was professional, thorough, and detail oriented. They took care of everything; demolition, digging, applying a high quality membrane, installing a weeping tile system, adding gravel, and finishing with concrete. My basement is completely dry and worry-free! Highly recommended!
