EcoHeat just serviced my HVAC systems, I have a forced air furnace and central A/C downstairs and a mini-split upstairs. The tech that did the work (Griffin) was excellent, great attitude and answered all of my questions. The cleaning of my mini-split was so thorough that it looks brand new.
EcoHeat installed a heat pump for us this summer. We were very happy with the experience. They took the time to answer all our questions before, during, and after installation. The installation process was painless, and the unit has been working great since.
We’ve worked with this company a few times now, and they’ve always provided excellent service. Recently, they came out to diagnose an issue another company told us required a full HVAC replacement. Their technician quickly identified the real problem, repaired it, and saved us a lot of unnecessary cost. Their customer service is great — professional, responsive, and honest — and their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. We really appreciate their integrity and reliability. Highly recommend!
