I was having a very difficult time for some reason getting in touch with customer service to find out when my tech was coming to my house. I never got the call back when i prompted it to and I got hung up on twice. The last time I called I spoke with Josh Phillip's and he absolutely changed everything around by making the necessary calls and not putting me back on hold for a 4th time. Isaiah was the tech who came out to our place to deal with some cockroaches and he was a pleasure to work with. We bought the warrantied service which I totally recommend. The first round of spraying quite nearly took care of the problem entirely, and Isaiah’s since been back for a second round to finish them off. Wonderful service, quality results—can’t recommend highly enough
Isaiah and Brian came out to my mothers house and did an over the top job!! They also put the furniture back for us. Top class work! Problem is solved. Amazing human beings. EcoFusion is worth every penny thus far if you have interior or exterior pest concerns... I purchased a home that was infested with stink bugs, used a competitor my 1st year but it took Byran of the EcoFusion team in year two to rid us of our unwanted house guest. They also helped me to enjoy the outdoors of my deck...little to no bees...yay!!!
EcoFusion is very professional and thorough. As spring came, lots of bugs started crawling about. EcoFusion quickly solved this problem for me with treatments that are safe for humans. I am very satisfied so with the outcome and the advice of my technician.
