You do not want to live here. You want to live somewhere else. Good space to live in until the noise breaks your genuine opinion. Then, your complaint about noise requires proof, like pictures (of noise). This is the most appalling place I have ever lived in. The laundry machine, dishwasher, and sink all leaked, and management had the audacity to dismiss these issues as normal. The elevator was out of service for an unacceptable three months there were many disabled people that had to go up three flights, with no communication provided to the residents. Eco flats is a scam and I plan on filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau. The main issue is that after I moved out they told me the unit looked great, but that the door to the laundry nook was missing and I owed them $400 to replace it. Problem is there was never a door there, it had been an open nook since I moved in. When I explained that to them they got seriously hostile and told me I had no choice but to pay them. The neighbors are noisy, and virginia the staff member is very irresponsible. I handed in the same money orders for rent that I do every month with the rent paid in full but somehow this months were "defective" and I was given a 10 day notice for it.
Me and my fiancé have had a great experience with eco flats. The brewery only plays music during the day so it doesn’t affect your sleep. The staff is super friendly and helpful with any needs. And this was by far the best deal around town for a super trendy studio in a great location. We literally can walk to anything we would want to eat, drink, or do. If you are single or are a couple with no kids this is a great place to live.
