I just had Jason come out for my initial service today and I'm completely satisfied. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, nice to my kids, and respectful to me and my house. Then came Ariel he was working on a house across the street and was done then came and helped out Jason all in all both Jason and Ariel are great team players. Let me start this review by saying I have serious issues with bugs, especially spiders & beetles! EcoFirst is the best pest control service I've ever used, their technicians are friendly, professional and considerate of pets. I switched to EcoFirst about 2 years ago and I've been icky bug free ever since.
Got EcoFirst about 8 months ago. They have been extremely helpful getting rid of all our fire ants. My technician is on the ball and willing to go the extra mile. They also always give me a call 24 hours before service which is helpful compared to my last company who just showed up without notice.
I have been with EcoFirst for two years and have found them very reliable. They are well priced and will come back free of charge in between services if I am still having issues. The technicians are professional and know what they are doing. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I've had Ecofirst pest control for about a year now. I recently moved to Carrollton from out of state and had no idea what fire ants were. We had mounds all over our property and Ecofirst got rid of them within just a few day. We now have a seasonal maintenance plan with Ecofirst and the ants have stayed away. I have also been very impressed with how friendly the company's staff is and how quick Ecofirst will return if I ever see a fire ant mound return. These are quality people you can count on.
Our house had a number of annoying little bugs that would get inside - spiders, ants. We called and EcoFirst came right out. Their tech was so helpful, recommended a great plan and we are pest free! Great service from EcoFirst.
