Great System to work with! Super efficient!
I own an HVAC company, and on several occasions, I needed technical support. The specialist AL was always very attentive, guiding me and clarifying my doubts. Congratulations to Ecoer for having such a great team of technicians, especially AL!
We have the unit installed for 4 years now and we are satisfied with the performance and efficiency. We had to replace one component under warranty, but the support was excellent. Is doing a very job in Quebec and is practically operating the entire year, with the climate changes we see.
Ne pas acheter au Canada, aucun service ou support technique. Aucune garantie et aucun recours légal, impossible d’avoir les pièces. J’ai payer 4700$ pour remplacer un évaporateur après quelques année. Malgré la garantie prolongée. Croyez moi éviter cette compagnie à tout prix!!!
We are 16 months into having an EcoER system installed. We are on service call 10 since installation. The system leaked so much water that it collapsed the emergency water pan and put water through our ceiling (1st summer), did the same thing the second summer. The first winter, we stopped using it in December, because it ran too long and wasn’t putting out warm enough air.
