Always prompt and friendly. Brandy is always so pleasant on the phone. Great service and very knowledgeable about their products and how to service them. Highly recommend.
We have only had great experiences using EcoEdge. Our air conditioner needed to be replaced, and we wanted a whole-home dehumidifier. EcoEdge responded promptly, provided a quote within a day, and had the new air conditioner and dehumidifier unit installed in no time. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, wore boot covers inside the house, and charged a very fair price. Highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning service!
Johnathan was very thorough, upfront and honest. Got our AC unit running. Recommend them to anyone.
jonathan was effincent and on time and very understandable we were very satisifed and ask for aflyer for service in the near future we would rate about 9
