Job well done and on time..
Very easy to work with. Good and accurate info on their website, with great customer support. We had an issue with our order and they quickly and professionally resolved it beyond our expectations - you can't ask for more than that.
Had good experience with EcoDirect, good Customer Service. They helped us in selecting ground mounts for our system, and one of the panels we bought was bad, which is very unusual, not their fault. But they are sending out a replacement w/o making us go through the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer. They've also given us advice on our system design even though we didn't buy all our components from them. In hindsight I wish we had. These people are great! Quality product and customer service that is second to none, they even called me to make sure my order was shipped. When I have to buy more parts for my system, these are the ones I'll only buy from.
