Though they promptly provided same day service, the base price for service was $250. which I did not know until the service person arrived. The issue was resolved in about 10 minutes which was an expensive price to pay. I have since needed plumbing services for a different issue and did not pay nearly that much for service by a local plumber which required 45 minutes to resolve the problem.
RecommendedThey solved my drainage issue within hours of my initial call. They're knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The tech left me with tips on how to avoid future issues. I'm fantastically happy with their amazing service!

They came to our rescue last night! Phenomenal service, 24/7. I found them on Craigslist around 5 pm, Clark was in our basement fixing the problem 2 hours later. We'll be open for business this morning like nothing ever happened. We're thrilled!

I finally had a sewer repair done yesterday---expensive & had to be done! Ecoclean has been a wonderful company to work with in EVERY WAY! Yesterday morning, Matt, who I've dealt with before when he came to do the camera maintenance in the spring months----was here yesterday on time! We employed EcoClean services after a different company failed to fix our slow drain (twice!). EcoClean tech was professional and knowledgeable. The tech called us beforehand to confirm our appointment and ask if he could come in 10 minutes earlier his scheduled time. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture and prompt communication. Highly recommend.
