How about instead of displacing a small, well beloved local business, you find yourself a bigger venue? Can’t even compensate the owner enough to properly help her relocate despite having the funds to do so. Incredibly dishonest, insulting, and cruel. I’ll never give them my business and I’ll make sure my friends won’t either.
They are well known for their unsavory business practices. I would ask that you deny them your support.

I don't want any corporate pot in Humboldt or any place that acts like it in Humboldt. Green washing by big business has become too much. When a place like this can say it's "Eco" the term has become ludicrous.
Forcing an other small business out, with out offering a reasonable compensation to the other business is exactly what your slumlord wants; you're paying thousands of dollars more in yearly rent than if you had just paid the relocation cost of your neighbor, and your slumlord is smiling all the way to the bank. Treating other small businesses like roadblocks is not respectful to the community or customers in this area.
This is by far the best dispensary! Love the employees and the food quality product you guys produce! WOX is my favorite brand
