Phone wouldn't take charge when I got it through a government program and they wouldn't send me another one which stopped me from getting one through another provider. The purpose of me getting a phone was because of health reasons but I'm still stuck without a phone so the program isn't helping noone when you get a faulty phone and they won't replace it unless you buy it.
