We called these guys out to fix an A/C that wouldn't turn on. I never used them prior, but WOW. These are my new HVAC guys to call. They were quick, figured out the issue, sourced parts very quickly. Their technicians Servando and Shawn were great guys. They knew what they were talking about. I honestly can't recommend these ECO temp team more. We told our whole building to use them. They are that good. A/C unit is like brand new now. brrrrrrr!

I can't express enough how happy I am we went with Eco Temp for our complete overhaul of our system. Everything from the walkthrough to the quoting process to fine-tuning the project felt easy and clear. Jordan is knowledgeable and super great to work with. I was quoted one price for a repair, but the final bill from Eco Temp HVAC was nearly double with no clear explanation. The technician was polite but didn't seem very knowledgeable, and the fix didn’t even last a month. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and transparency. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I had a terrible experience with Eco Temp HVAC. They missed my initial appointment without any notice and then rescheduled me a week later. When the technician finally showed up, he seemed rushed and didn’t answer my questions clearly. I tried to call the office for clarification, but getting a hold of someone was nearly impossible. Very unprofessional service overall.
