I had a very frustrating experience with LC Heating & Air Conditioning. I scheduled an appointment for an AC tune-up, but the technician showed up late and was clearly unprepared. They didn’t take the time to thoroughly check the system, and after their so-called “service,” my AC still wasn’t working properly. I’m extremely disappointed with LC Heating & Air Conditioning. I contacted them for a heating system repair, and the technician that came out was not only late but also seemed to have little knowledge of the issue. They took forever to complete the job, and when I turned the heating system back on, it still wasn’t functioning properly. After contacting their customer service multiple times, I received no resolution and no follow-up. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a refund or discount for the poor service.
