I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should know about my experience. We hired this company to install a radiant floor heating system and asked that it be integrated with Ecobee thermostats so one thermostat could control both the radiant heat and the air conditioning. Unfortunately, they were unable to make that work. After spending considerable time trying, we ultimately agreed to a compromise of using separate thermostats for the radiant heat and the AC. Shawn was amazing! He helped install our new AC compressor last year and we had a moisture issue this year after the heavy rains and he came out same day and fixed the issue swiftly! Would highly recommend this company for their promptness and thoroughness!
