I was a little anxious at first if they could fix the difficulties my portable a/c unit had but they understood precisely what to do and took care of everything in no time. The repair took a little longer than I expected but the unit is working wonderfully again.
It has been a week since the new thermostat was installed, and I'm pleased to report that it's working perfectly; the technician arrived on time, took about an hour to complete the job, and patiently walked me through how to use all the features. Previously I had issues with another company not configuring settings correctly, but this time everything was set up properly from the start.
Fixed the A/C swiftly, much cooler now.
After my last experience with a contractor, I was prepared for delays or complications, but they actually identified and fixed the ventilation issue in less than two hours. They explained that an improperly sealed joint was causing the problem and made sure everything was secure before leaving.
Efficient and thorough A/C maintenance.
