I am fairly new to this "vaping" thing. I was told by a friend about Eco Smoke and went to the store a few weeks ago. Im glad I did. I was intimidated at all the options. The service was excellent which is very uncommon these days. I did have to wait a bit before I was helped cause it was packed in there which I guess is a good thing. Eco Smoke has been good to me. Its nice to have a local store to get my supplies and liquid. Sure they are a bit more expensive than the net, but its worth it to me. And yes they are strict on their warranties, but were very clear upfront what was covered and how long I had. I have had great results with many many of their products. Its a nice store with a great group of folks working there. Thanks Eco keep up the good work.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! Owner, management and employees are arrogant, inconsiderate and rude. Cheaper and better to buy on-line at the many different electronic cig sites. Never step foot in the store again!~
There was A LOT I was not informed of after buying new kit then coming back buying more parts & refills. Total spent @ this business $400 in 2 weeks. Had a MAJOR problem with 1 out of 5 cigs I bought & went back to the store to try & get help & was basically told OH WELL & brushed off rudely as well told 3 diff stories by 3 diff workers including manager.. they did not inform me of VERY USEFUL information b4 I purchased additional parts that was no good. This place is incredible!!! Very helpful staff, clean, very nice and professional looking. They helped me find the right system for me, and I've been smoke free for a couple of months now. Lots and Lots of options and goodies. They have a great variety of e-liquid and accessories. Sure I could have save a couple bucks on the internet, but these guys showed me different systems and let me try them out. They even taught me how to fill and maintain the system I bought. Eco Smoke in Huntsville is Awesome!!! They really did have a great selection and variety of products. Lots of flavor options on carts and eliquids. They do seem for the most part to know what they are talking about, but the best things is that you get to try most of the products before you buy, unlike the internet. I have had no problems with warranties, just gotta remember my receipt, because they don't warranty items bought off the web. Overall selection is good, however, I have found the associates will say most anything to complete a sale and then the customer is on their own. Customer service should be so much more than "yes sir" and smooth talk, it is post sale satisfaction that really speaks volumes and I personally have found many inconsistency's with what "Ecosmoke" says and what the manufacturer websites say. Eco Smoke in Huntsville, Alabama has a good selection of high quality systems - no junk. They are knowledgable about their product, and are friendly and helpful. As for the e-cig itself, it has provided me a means of not smoking cigarettes for the first time in 44 years. I have been cigarette free for six weeks -- within just a few days of using e-cig rather than cigarettes I was breathing better, sleeping better, I can smell now, and I feel better. I recommend both the product and this establishment whole heartedly.
