Ian was awesome! So helpful and answered all of my questions! Really gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!
I put in an email service request 12/29 late at night and Jon was here by 8am on 12/31. He walked us through the issues, presented a plan to deal with it, and began implementing the plan right away. He explained everything in a clear, concise manner and was completely professional. Mark & Patty, who called me from their office on 12/30 to set up the appt., were also professional and friendly. We have high hopes and trust EcoServe.

We are very happy with EcoServe. We’ve been with them for over a year and their customer service is terrific! They come out right when you call and are always friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to remove an enormous yellow jacket nest from a vent attached to our fireplace the day we called. We had another service at the time and it was taking them weeks to get it taken care of. Meanwhile we had yellow jackets in our house! Friendly, professional and thorough. We had a wasp problem in our fence post and Ian took off every cap to treat the area, destroyed the hive and explained what was going on. Great company to do business with!

Kudos to Eco Serve! Audrey expertly gathered my background data about a yellow jacket nest, and she scheduled an appointment for a tech to be on site four days later. Steve arrived 21 minutes into the three hour appointment window. He was affable, knowledgeable and efficient.
