I have had many issues develop before and after the year warranty. I was left with a list of subcontractor info and absolutely NO response or responsibility from the builder. Builder was out of town so there was no final walkthrough before closing and therefore I was responsible for contacting the subs for punch list items. I too, have crown separating throughout the house and issues with cabinets and front door (Arkansas Custom Iron Door on Kiehl in Sherwood took care of things even after the year was up-kudos to them). No quality control. After 1 year crown molding began to separate through out the house, splits and separations. Unfinished work left from punch list. Other than that, the outside looks good. To many items we had to point out.
