Work was completed in accordance with local code and I was pleased that technicians show up on time and even though the weather was not good Ares Chimney Sweep & Repair stayed and completed the job.

Stay away from this company that has no regards for other people’s time . The technicians did not bring the insurance certificates and could not get into my building because they came too late. I waited upstairs for an hour and never received a call from the main office to let me know they would not perform the job ! Horrible customer service !
