We will b requesting Kyle Tackett for any future service with ECO HVAC!! He was super knowledgeable about our boiler system & the whole realm of HVAC. Very professional, polite. We were confident his work would be excellent & it was. He shud b the example for all ECO employees. It was a real pleasure to see such great customer service in todays job force. Repaired the central air unit was very professional and thorough
Nolan came out and addressed the problem. He went through the options and explained the benefits of each. He called the office and was able to get someone out to my place right away to fix my sump pump.
Nolan had to come out to my house twice due to complexity of my plumbing repair. Each time he was very professional, explained clearly and in detail the work to be done, and made sure all my questions were answered.
