Nolan was very through and upfront with explaining the water heater install. I also had a water leak in another area of my home and again explained everything that needed to be done. Also very helpful in answering any questions I had. Very happy with the service.
The technician came out and was very friendly. Talked to my husband the entire time, as well as explaining what was wrong in a way we would understand. He did not rush ANYTHING, was very thorough and even did above and bring to make sure our heater didn’t have other issues at hand. Came within a few hours of calling and had us back up and running in no time. Would 100% Keion recommending this company to others! Thank you for the quick response and the friendly smile!
The technicians showed up as promised and done a thorough inspection of our boiler system. They were courteous, knowledgeable and honest their evaluation of the system. I plan on using them again in the future and will recommend them to friends.
Nolan was just a really nice guy. Very knowledgeable & helpful making a decision on how to move forward with our hotwater tank. He helped us through the entire process of financing. He answered all of our questions & gave us different options. Very polite & very friendly. I would highly recommend this company . They turned up just a couple hours after first call & we are getting the water heater the same day.
HVAC heat pump and ac installed. I had a kind of complicated heat pump ac installation done after a few days of no heat. My heat pump resides in the attic which is mot the easiest place They worked very hard and it was very cold outside. They were diligent about making sure that I had heat before the snow and ice storm. I am beyond grateful that they were very thorough. I felt bad for them being frozen but very grateful we have heat.
