We paid $300 for a detail and this was an absolute nightmare. The car might look a little cleaner at first glance, but in reality it was still filthy in all the small details. The rims were left completely dirty, and when we pointed it out, the staff claimed we had to pay extra—even though wheel cleaning is clearly included. Instead of fixing the issue, they argued with us and tried to make excuses that were simply not true.
