Buyer Beware!!! I got an A/C unit installed in my daughter’s nursery by this company. The unit was installed so HORRIBLY that it started LEAKING WATER INTO THE WALL! Now I have to move temporarily because there is MOLD IN MY DAUGHTERS WALL! I called ECO COOLING to give them a chance to fix it and they said it would be a service fee of almost $200 just to come out and look at the damage. Never again. Very Expensive lesson.
The wonderful people at Eco Heating & Cooling are Lifesavers! After meeting with several companies, I had already chosen them for a future install, pending HOA approval. When my 1970's rooftop AC failed completely during the recent heatwave, they were able to put me on the schedule less than 24 hours later. Such a great experience! Quick, honest, clean, and professional. The owner is genuinely one of the nicest people and you can tell he really cares about his customers. They solved an issue so quickly, explained everything clearly before starting, and made the whole process easy and smooth. And I LOVE my new mini split!! Highly recommend them!
