I’ve been a patient here for four years and always had great experiences with the previous owner Dr. Mataria and employees. Unfortunately, that changed this week. I received a confirmation call from ABIGAL, who said the practice was taken over by SONRISA. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. My daughter needed a root canal immediately however I was unable to get off work. When Abigail called to confirm my appointment I asked if my 20yr old daughter could bring my 14yr old and I was told yes. When my daughters arrived they were told AFTER they numbed my daughter’s mouth that the procedure couldn’t be done because I wasn’t there. Dr. Rami and Benjamin were friendly and professional, which was the ONLY positive part of my visit. The rest of the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for the doctor and another 30 minutes afterward with no updates. When I asked about my treatment plan, Hadeel said the system was "down." There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and she just said she would "try" to email it later. I still haven't received anything not even a phone call back and it’s been over a week. Prior to meeting Dr Jeff Santos, I vowed to never see a Dentist again. I had such horrible dental experiences in the past, I became psychologically damaged with a phobia of Dentist. After 10 years of no dental treatment, and a mouth full of deep cavities and cracked teeth, the pain was unbearable. I prayed! God answered and along came Santos.
