I had a tooth pulled and had to have a tooth replacement added to the partial I already had. Loved Dr Ramir, unfortunately, the work that the outside lab did broke (Chipped) and was apparently not under warranty. Being a front tooth, it should have had some kind of protection. The dental office didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. Expensive lesson learned, never again!!
I started going to Eco when they first started on 95th and Western, my entire family. The transition in front office and billing staff has been horrific. I even asked for contact info for Dr. M. to no avail. They need training on customer satisfaction not just how to book and bill. I guess they can afford to lose paying insured patients.
The whole staff was friendly and courteous and made me feel comfortable. I will surely go back there for my continued care. A special thank you to Nan, Amal and Dr. Rami.
Great experience and very knowledge doctors. I will definitely be back!
