All I can say is that I feel sorry for this guy's poor wife. He told me over and over again about how frustrated he is that he has to go home to his pregnant wife who cries all the time. This was the most wildly unprofessional thing I've heard in a long time. First of all, Berj, carrying a child is difficult, hormone-laden work, and you ought to be praising your wife every day for taking it on, rather than complaining about her to strangers. Berj and his team did an amazing job bringing back the beauty of our oak floors. They were wonderful to work with. Expert knowledge. True craftsmen. Very efficient. Dustless process is true to its name. And when they returned the furniture to each room, they put pads on the bottom of each piece to protect the floor. It is that kind of attention to detail and commitment to quality that makes it easy for me to HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Wish I had more floors that needed restoring just to have them back!
On the spur of the moment, I wanted my floors refinished before Christmas, never thinking it would actually be possible on such short notice. But I didn't know about the incredible Berj. He and his capable team went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly, and cleanly, in an expedited manner. They're so hard working, early in the mornings, late at night..
