Legit the best customer service! Spoke to the manager about my ant problem and she was so darn quick to help me out. I wish I remembered her name but she was so personable and just so so nice! So refreshing to have great customer service and people that truly care. Give that woman a raise 😁
These guys go above and beyond. After numerous scheduling issues on both ends, we finally had our appointment for some work to be done. Nothing ended up being completed and I was confused why..... the manager came out to see for himself after speaking with the tech. When h was there he answered all of my questions, did what I asked to be done and didnt charge me for the visit. These guys are top notch and their customer service is exceptional! EcoElite is very flexible on schedule. They send technician to our school on Saturdays. The technician Roger came on time, and did an excellent job inside and outside. Roger was very friendly, he shared his knowledge how to maintain the building. I highly recommend Roger's service.
